Has called over 5 times today. Have been on hold for atleast an hour each call. Nobody can seem to get an update on my Mother's Day flowers. Came up with a different excuse every single time to get me off the phone. A huge waste of $70. Will never deal with this piece of shxt company again.
The custom vase is a joke, don't waste your money for a piece of paper you put in the vase. The flowers I ordered for Mother's Day are almost all dead 3 days after getting them. Don't waste your money on this company. Spend a little more and get quality elsewhere. David B. La Mesa, CA.
This place ruined mother's day for my 75 years old mom. I paid for next day delivery, but the flowers never was there. I received an email saying that my mother received the flowers, but it is a lie. I just lost $50. I'm extremely upset right now because it was suppose to be a surprise for my mom living in another state.
Ordered flowers from them. Didn't get them as promised. Haven't received a refund yet. Have called multiple times and waited for someone to answer the call, but no one ever did. Have sent close to 100 emails and still no response. I really made a mistake using this company. I didn't do thorough research before I ordered. LESSON LEARNED
Order flowers for both my Mother and Mother- a-law a week before Mother's Day and neither order arrived, no conformation email received a text but I wasn't able to track either order. Called customer service and was on hold for 45 minute and no one ever came to the phone. Horrible company stay away from this company.

Bottom line my Mother did not receive flowers on Mothers Day and now I am the worst Daughter because she thinks I forgot about her. Even worst I got an email confirmation which said she received them, when I found out on Mothers Day (Today) that nothing was left on her front porch I was devastated. This is why you should review a company before using them, unfortunately I did not and this is what happens. Dont be me, dont use fromyouflowers.com.
What do they do? You send them way to much money and they call a local florist where you live and order a cheap bunch of crap that does not in any way resemble the flowers you think you are ordering. Fifty bucks for upgraded roses and lilys, 15 for service and handling, and 4 bucks for Saturday delivery. Then your wife gets three roses with some mixed crap. Go to Walmart and you can get some beautiful flowers, then in the same store buy a 2 dollar vase and you have something at about 12 to 15 dollars.
I ORDERED A LILAC BOUQUET OF FLOWERS WITH LILAC ROSES AS SHOWN ONLINE FOR MOTHERS DAY AND GOT OLD SOFT PINK ROSES WITH ONE STEM OF PURPLE FLOWERS AND PINK FLOWERS THAT WERE DEAD AND SHRIVELED UP. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE I WAS ON HOLD TWICE ONCE FOR AN HOUR SECOND TIME 25 MINUTES. ITS HAS RUIN MY WEEKEND I HAD TO PURCHASE MORE FLOWERS AND MADE MY OWN ARRANGEMENT BC THERE WASNT ENOUGH TIME TO ORDER NEW ONES. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. I DEMANDED A FEFUND SO FAR THEIR RESPONDS HAS BEEN, THEY WANT TO SEND MY MOTHER "A BEAUTIFUL, FRESH ARRANGEMENT OF FLOWERS". I SAID THATS WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO DO THE FIRST TIME! NO THANKS! I ordered the premium bouquet of sunflowers for Mothers Day and they sent droopy half dead looking tulips! I have called customer service multiple times and have been immediately put on hold every time and have never spoken to anyone, even after staying on hold greater than an hour! What a waste of almost $80. My sister had to buy extra flowers to try to make them look halfway decent.
Flowers where wonderful delivery very quick same day.Felt the delivery charge was a little high since it was local florist local delivery
Read the reviews before ordering, so you don't waste $100 like I did on a miserable bunch of 7 red roses and 11 carnations (half of which are dying), a barely legible hand written card the size of a credit card (with spelling errors), and a 12 pack of ferrero rochers. Pictures look nothing like what you order. Considering opening up a dispute with my credit card because the product delivered was something I could have pulled out of a garbage bin a few days after mother's day. If I could attach a picture here, I would.

I ordered a total of 4 dozen roses a variety of colors and received 1 dozen with 1 color. Not what I asked for & sure as heck not what I paid for! Can we file a police report? This is theft! Stealing people's money and not refunding any money at all! Especially when the order was completely different and WRONG! I have my receipt and I have pictures of what was sent to my mother and mother in law! I would say the worst experience everrrrr! I hope the good Lord gives y'all what y'all deserve!
An update to my 5/7/16 review - these people will not talk to me. My mother received her $70 "flowering" plant a day late and it looked like a twig stuck in some dirt. My bank is helping me dispute the charges. Ruined my Mother's Day present to my mom this year.
I usually don't write reviews and I typically have my go to flower company that I use; but this time I decide; hey look at these prices for the same flowers; I figured why not. Well their prices were relatively decent and in some instances cheaper... until you check out and you're hit with fees and high shipping cost.
I ordered roses and calla lilies. They arrived on time (i scheduled to have them arrive Wed before mothers day and before my wife traveled). When i took them out of the package; they looked dull and not as vibrant as they were pictured on the site. I arranged them as advised on the box i. E. cut the stems diagonally under running water, warm water in vase with flower food etc... Today is Saturday and TWO of the calla lilies (the most expensive of the flowers I bought) are DEAD! As in wilted and brown. The roses in the same vase for now are fine but the rest of the calla lilies aren't far behind. Now I have bought flowers for years; so this isn't the case of not knowing how to care for them.
From Wed (May 4) night to Sat morning; these flowers haven't even made it to Monther's day (May 8).
I just happen to be still on the phone waiting on customer service to pickup... it's been 56 MINS and counting. Unbelievable! If this is any indication of how they value my business; I'll just go elsewhere. They have managed to leave a bitter taste in my mouth and from reading others reviews; I'm not alone.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
