This company isn't even a florist. It is a call center for disreputable florists who do not deliver and claim that the wrong address was given. Of course they never even call the recipient's number to confirm.

For the $$$ not very a good value, yellow tulips were great, but the purple iris were not. It was all yellow when arrived and not all of the iris ever opened - so more yellow than purple when I was hoping for more purple. Oh well.
Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. I had not received delivery confirmation by 3pm so I called the 1-800 number. Was on hold for over an hour before someone finally answered. I was then told that they would not deliver today because the shop was out of flowers following the Mother's Day holiday. The "customer service" rep seemed just as surprised as me and very brashly apologized before asking if tomorrow was okay and that as a courtesy, they would upgrade my order for more flowers. Yeah, I'm sure belated flowers from her husband would thrill my wife. If you are in the business of delivering flowers and meeting deadlines, you better meet those expectations or be very transparent with your customer. Had I not called, I would have had no indication, other than having an upset spouse, that the flowers would not be delivered today as ordered.
I absolutely should have read the reviews prior to ordering. The poor reviews are not a joke folks, stay away. I saw someone post a review on here insinuating that only those people who receive bad service leave reviews as a way to positively endorse this "company". I can only assume it is the scam artist who runs this operation. I can ensure to you that this many bad reviews in a very short window of time indicates a trend. STAY AWAY.
I would NOT recommend purchasing flowers from this company. I am not even sure if it is a legitimate site at this point. My order was placed and never delivered. When you call the customer service you have to wait at least an hour before someone answers and you get no help. When you are told they made an attempt to deliver and never did I should have been suspicious. Poor customer service and horrible company. STAY AWAY!
I placed 2 separate orders from them and 1 did arrive but it was poor quality and with only few flowers. The 2nd one never even arrived! Worst part is that I called both numbers they have for 3 days straight for over an hour long and NO ONE PICKED UP! Do kot order from this company at all! I totally regret spending 70$ with them!
I placed two orders at the same time and after completing it I then get a $10 certificate for a "second" order. I would have like to have been able to apply that discount to my "second" order. Also, I don't appreciate the little hidden offers in the fine print that I have to click "No" to avoid getting something I don't want and wouldn't expect to see on my order page.
I placed an order on 5/5/16 to be delivered 5/6/16 for a plant and 4 balloons. I waited all day on 5/6/16 to hear if my friend received them. Then on 5/7/16 I called customer service and waited 30 minutes and they told me they could refund me 30% of my total and give me a $20.00 gift card for my next purchase. Still was unable to confirm my order was delivered and the online tracking said it was never confirmed by the florist. I called again later that night and was on hold 50 minutes and hung up. Then on 5/8 I was on hold for one hour and four minutes and talked to someone. They were unable to reach the florist with the 4 numbers they had available for them. They did refund my entire purchase and said there is no way they can give me the florist information so I can follow up. Now on 5/9 my order still shows not confirmed. There is no way to better track my order or get someone to research this and I am extremely upset and will never use this company again. Not even sure if my order will ever be delivered and my idea of this plant has been destroyed. Do not in any way use this company, its not work the hassle of customer service and no follow through with the florist they use.
I ordered flowers for my mother on may 6 2016. It should be delivered on may 8,2016 Mother's day and my mother got nothing until now. I paid extra for shipping and I even called the customer service which would only hung up or put you on hold like forever. I should have read reviews before I purchase from this store. I want my money back! The girl put me on hold right away when I said I wanted a refund and never answered the phone again. A horrible experience in my entire life! My Mothers Day bouquet consisted of six half dead Lilys and a glass vase that my daughter paid $44.99. I sent her a picture and she was so upset. We both have tried to get through to the *******853 and l've been on hold for 42 minutes to speak with a customer representative. Do not purhase from this company EVER!
Ruin mothers day for me and I see plenty of others to. Saying my $#*! is delivered but my mom is empty handed!? Liars and scammers! The you get put on hold for hours with no answer. Then you email these insane "people" more like computers and get the same reply saying it has been delivered! And it has NOT been delivered I made sure the address was correct it was and everything is the way it should be except my Delivery is not here! I paid extra just to have it sent mother's day then they go and do this and when I email hundred times trying to speak to someone it's the same scamming email that says the same bullshi. This company is a scam and needs to be reported asap. My 19 year old daughter ordered me a 65.00 bouquet of flowers and I never received them. No one will answer the calls and I've been waiting on hold for hours since yesterday.
Apparently people only bother to rate a company when they have something bad to say. I was so worried after I read the reviews. I ruined moms surprise by apologizing if the flowers she received are crappy. I didn't have to and it would have been better if they were a surprise. They were great. Im am so really not appreciating these ridiculously slanted reviews. Don't just rate a company when you have something bad to say. Rate it also when you have something good to say. Only rating negatively is not accurate or helpful. Of course you don't actually care about that, you just like to complain to get even. This is the Deluxe (medium) Springtime Florist Bouquet with medium teddy bear. I bought this for Mother's day when they were super busy. If you bought something, relax, chances are pretty high it will be just fine.

Ordered flowers for mother's day on May 4th and paid extra to make sure they would delivered on Mother's Day. Well, they weren't and customer service doesn't pick up, just leaves you waiting on the phone endlessly. Very disappointed. Will be asking for a full refund and won't be using them again.

This place ruined mother's day for my 75 years old mom. I paid for next day delivery, but the flowers never was there. I received an email saying that my mother received the flowers, but it is a lie. I just lost $50. I'm extremely upset right now because it was suppose to be a surprise for my mom living in another state.
Ordered flowers from them. Didn't get them as promised. Haven't received a refund yet. Have called multiple times and waited for someone to answer the call, but no one ever did. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
