Absolutely terrible company. They never delievered flowers I paid $61 for and they never answer emails or calls so I have never received my money back. I would never recommend this website to anyone and I believe that they should be reported
Required to send a bouquet I did not want to send because location requires purchase of $49.99 or more, but sending 2 bouquet to the same location, still forced to choose a bouquet that I'm not 100% happy with.
Mostly is was good, but I didn't like not knowing about the Service/Handling fee until the very end.
My only comment is that I wish it could have arrived on Mother's Day or Monday
What I ordered were the Deluxe and these are what I received. I also ordered a birthday balloon that I did not receive. The representative did say she would refund the amount for the balloon. I explained to the rep why this was important to me and that if I could receive the balloon still that would be appreciated as this is for my mother who is deceased and I wanted to take these flowers and the balloon to her grave site for her birthday which is tomorrow. I told the rep that she didn't need to worry about giving me anything back for these flowers even though I am not happy with them the most important thing is they are here and I can take them to my mother. The service I received from the rep and delivery rep was less than. I received no empathy from either I wanted them to understand why this was important to their customer and neither did. The rep from the phone call said to me after I explained to her why it was important and that I wanted this to be known was "Well I'm giving you the refund for the balloon." I don't appreciate the service I received. Per this service I don't feel that this is a company that cares for it's customers and I will no longer do business with this company. Again I am writing to let you know about the service I received, what I was expecting, why I am unhappy and why you're losing a customer.

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for mother's day and paid over $50 for a nice bouquet. What was delivered was shabby and did not look like a professional had touched them. They were awful, and I have tried five times (three by phone and two by email) to contact customer service and am not getting a response. Do not order from this company. They will make you sorry if you do.
My friend's mother was being put in hospice care. His coworkers decided to order her some flowers and chocolates. The flowers were delivered, but the chocolates were not. I tried to call customer service, was placed on old for over 30 minutes. I finally reached someone in sales who was VERY rude. I never did get through to them.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 rating. Ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day. She didn't even get them that day, and now I'm still waiting for her to receive them. It's almost 8pm. I've been on hold with customer service for 40 MINUTES! I hung up! And emailed them, still no response! How in the world is this company even in business.
DO NOT BOTHER! My mom received flowers that looked like they were cut a week earlier. The roses were curled, petals falling off the lilies, limp greens. Very disappointing. But not as disappointing as the lack of a response from the 24/7 customer service team who can assist you in a timely manner. What a joke. No response yet, and it's been 25 hours. I know the flowers come from a local florist, however the onus of providing customer support as the broker rests squarely with From You Flowers. Expecting a redelivery, as the website states is part of the agreement. Haven't heard yet. Will be going back to my original floral provider. A thoroughly unsatisfied customer.
This company is a disgrace! No one answers if you call to order or their customer service line. DO NOT ORDER anything from this company! The good reviews on the site are false! Ordered flowers for mom on Mother's Day and they never arrived. We will be canceling credit card transaction and filing a complaint with consumer protection agency! I don't want to give the company one star!
I had s bad experience twice. I ordered mother day flowers 4/30 for them to be delivered 5/6. They never arrived and I was on the phone all weekend trying to get my flowers delivered. After Sunday I asked to be refunded and do you know what these bastards gave me 4.00 and some change this is some bull$#*!. I am so tired of companies taking advantage of the consumer so be advised when you order from online services.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
