My father in law passed away and we could not afford for all of us to attend the funeral. So i sent flowers, even paid extra for them to be delivered on time.
The flowers were never delivered. And flowers to you, said that there was nothing they could do. Excerpt offer me $20 on a $110.00 arrangement.

I placed my order April 26 for delivery May 7th, the day before Mother's Day, and they did not arrive and still have not arrived at their destination. I just called the customer service line and was on hold for 15 mins before I got hung up on.

I recently purchased the chocolate covered cookie tower and some flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. After I put in my order I did some research on some reviews for this website to mostly find negative feedback about it. So I was skeptical about this site and thought about canceling my order but I told myself I wouldn't knock it until I tried it and experienced it myself. So I went through with the purchase and my mother called me super happy and excited that she had received both her gifts. I was really happy everything went well but the only negative thing about this purchase is that the cards didn't have my name on them and I doubt the card said what I wanted it to say. But my mother was happy and that's all that matters. Thank you so much for your business, I will definitely be back and will recommend your site to others.
I was disappointed in the amount of flowers delivered. There was 1/3 of the flowers compared to the picture on the site and too many green leaves.
The Same Day option would not provide items that would actually be delivered on the same day.

I ordered deluxe bouquet. The bouquet my Mother-in-Law received was definitely NOT deluxe. It looked like the lowest priced bouquet. Very disappointed.

I have ordered from you guys several times before and have always been satisfied. However, I ordered a dozen pink roses and what was delivered was a dozen red roses. I am very disappointed because these were going to my mom and she likes pink roses not red. I also paid a little bit extra on the red roses so I would like an explanation as to why this happened. It was easy to buy the product, but the specific arrangement I got did not look like the one i ordered. I ordered an arrangement with sunflowers in them because my wife loves them. What didn't I get? Sunflowers! Quite a disappointment. I understand if u need to make changes, but I noticed that there isn't any disclaimer of that sort. It is a shame. Additionally, if you will put alstromerias, make sure to mention that they are lillies. It helps for those that are allergic to them and are not familiar with the different names of plants
I ordered 2 arrangements for my mother and my husband's mother for mother's day. The arrangement sent to my mother (the more expensive arrangement) didn't look anything like what I ordered AND it was put together sloppily. My 5 year old grandson could have done better. It was a mess like they just threw it hastily. The arrangement we sent to my husband's mother, although beautiful and put together nicely, looked even less like the arrangement we sent my mother. The only positive things I can say are 1) Husband's mother's arrangement was pretty & 2) estimated delivery time for husband's mother was 5/10 but it arrived on Mother's day...I used to love this company. NEVER ordering from them again as now this has happened THREE times. It happened once before, but mistakes happen now and again. I realize now this is a common occurrence with them. I will pay a few extra $ and order from FTD from now on.
Ordering was easy let's hope the flowers are beautiful and look good; and they did everything was beautiful.
