I ordered a gorgeous bouquet from FromYouFlowers.com for my mother and grandmother who live about 2000 miles away from me for Mother's Day. Paid to have it delivered on either Saturday 05/07/16 or Sunday 05/08/16. Received a call on Friday 05/06/16 that there was an issue with the florist but that the flowers would be received on Monday 05/09/16 at the latest. Well, Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. So at 5pm MST, I called their customer service line. I waited for 51 minutes before someone answered. Catherine was very sweet and empathetic with the situation. She worked to find out what was going on with the flowers, called the local florist and found out that they had the order ready, just never delivered it. What the heck? Who does business like that? She got me a partial refund and a guarentee that the flowers were going out first thing today, Wednesday 05/11/16. Well at 11 am local time in Florida, my mother still had not received anything.
I am beyond frustrated and just ashamed that I trusted a company and they let me down and ruined my mothers day gift for my mother and grandmother.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND THEN IGNORE YOU.
I was late ordering the flowers for my Mother and Sister for Mothers Day but they received they yesterday, that was a bigger super surprise. They loved them so much they put them on Facebook for all to see thanks.
From You Flowers were very professional. My cousin was getting married and had moved to a different house. I did not know that she had moved until days before the wedding. When I called From You Flowers to change the address they were very understanding and the flowers were sent to the correct address.

Delivery time was incorrect.
We ordered a purple bouquet for his father almost 800 miles away as his mother just passed on. We made sure to order a purple bouquet as her favorite color was purple. The flowers were few and not a single purple flower to be seen. Not bound to use this site again.
I ordered flowers for my mother on mother's day and took the flex option for delivery on the 7th or 8th. The flowers were never delivered, yet my card was charged. I have been trying to contact the company only to be put on hold for 30 minutes on 3 different occasions with without ever speaking to customer service. I have e-mailed them 2 times without a response. I will NEVER use this company, again and now have to go through the hassle of trying to get these charges reversed with my bank. Worst experience, EVER.
I didn't like the last minute handling fee of 14.00 when I went to check out. You need to be more up front about this.
'My experience was HORRIBLE! I ordered flowers to be delivered 05/10/2016 not 05/11/2016! Apparently the driver did not care whether he was on time or not. My second order was delivered on time to my mother. My mother n law did not receive hers. However I did speak with a representative by the name of Jose. He was extremely helpful! I failed to read reviews before I purchased the flowers and I started to get nervous after reading all of the horrible reviews! I literally called nearly 10 times to check the status of my orders because the website could not tell me the status... Not to mention, my mothers flowers looked NOTHING compared to what I ordered... I really do appreciate Jose for taking the time to do whatever he could to help me out in my situation, I feel that he deserves some sort of recognition! He has GREAT customer service. He did offer 50% off. And upgrade for the flowers, which I appreciate but at that point that was not my concern. My biggest concern was getting those flowers delivered when I had requested them to be... Thank you Jose for your help! I hope this company improves. '

'From You Flowers' takes your money and runs. NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE, NEVER. You pay for flowers to be sent to your loved one, and they never arrive. The customer service department is non-existent (you will be on hold for 57 minutes with no answer, no reply to emails, etc). From You Flowers needs to be SHUT DOWN.
I shop from you exclusively for all my flower delivery gifts as I live overseas and I'm happy because the bouquets are always beautiful, affordable and on time.

I paid for the extra flower upgrade and The arrangement seemed like it had very few flowers. I was not satisfied with the arrangement. The note also had spelling errors.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
