Seems like a great site for a great service. I paid for same day delivery that was supposedly guaranteed to be delivered before noon. I got a call from the florist around 3:40 PM asking me what department the recipient works in. I listed the name of the store at a mall in the order and I figured the delivery person would just go to the information desk at the store and ask them. Fortunately, what I did not know was that the recipient was not even scheduled to arrive until 3 PM. At the end, everything worked out. This was the first time I used a flower delivery service and based on the price I paid and the service received, it may be the last.
Very easy to use. Now, if the quality of the flowers delivered is good, I'll definitely be back.
UPDATE: Every part of the order process and the flowers themselves, are top notch! And having a local florist deliver (instead of a Fedex driver, with flowers that were shipped from 1000 miles away, like FTD operates) is a great advantage. The flowers delivered looked freshly cut and they didn't come in a box.
Nice flowers. Just need a better price
This was not at all what I ordered. I would not order pink flowers for a boy child. Expected a larger teddy and one balloon and one flower. The price for the substituted items is not even close. This was my worst experience ordering for a sick person online I have ever had. The delivery business could have called me but no one did to let me know they didn't have the items in stock. You should remove this item from your website as you do not offer the products as listed. I will not order from your company again unless you make this order right or give me a refund for the price difference of the substitutes. If I had known you would replace with flowers I would have went somewhere else.

Not happy with order will not order again from your company pretzels were not the ones on the picture I ordered, also tasted stale. Chocolate was not good especially for the price also it stated when I placed order I would receive a sample of Godiva chocolate

The order was not delivered on time. It was to be delivered same day, and that was confirmed, May 10th. They were delivered on the 11th. Which really makes my birthday message on her card stupid! This is the 4TH TIME you have done this to me. I have bought from you for several years, and also referred my boss to order from you (since I place her orders for her). I WANT A COMPLETE AND TOTAL REFUND. No discount coupons. I used to love ordering from your company. I don't know what has happened in your delivery system.
