I ordered flowers for Mothers day. She never received the flowers and my credit card was charged! I have emailed them several times, attempted to call them x4 and waited longer than 30 minutes and still got no answer. This is a bad company and I would not recommend this to anyone!

I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED AND DON'T APPRECIATE NO MENTION OF A REFUND FOR THE SAME DAY FEE OR AN OFFER OF DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

The flowers were not delivered on time. I called customer service twice, the first time I was on hold for almost 2 hours, the second time 45 minutes. The arrangement was nothing like the one I picked out, the colors I picked out were purple and pinks, the arrangement sent was red/pink and a little purple accent. I have requested a full refund. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had and the customer service was horrendous!

What i ordered and what I recieved are 2 completely different things! Plus they delievered the flowers a day late! They only refunded me $3. Never ordering from them ever again.
The website was easy to navigate and the order process was fast and easy. I ordered a bouquet of red and pink carnations for my mother in law in Idaho and my mom in Utah. Both bouquets arrived on time and the person delivering was friendly. My only complaint would be that the vase of flowers in Utah had the right color variation and the bouquet in Idaho had white carnations instead of pink. I just thought from the pictures that both moms sent me the Utah bouquet looked more beautiful. Overall I was very happy with the service and the product and will be using fromyouflowers.com again.
I have reached out via the facebook page. The item that I ordered was supposed to include several vibrantly colored roses and flowers as well a birthday balloon. What my recipient received was 3 yellow roses, a few green things, two unopened flowers and no balloon. Not only sub-par presentation, as I sent pictures to the facebook page and would happily send them to you as well, but sub-par product. At the same price as several other companies. I understand how arrangements work, pictures are not always accurate as to what you get, depending on the price of the arrangement but this discrepancy is immense. I would either like a full refund, or a new arrangement to be sent to the original recipient. Then I would love to change my reviews to far more positive positions.
Difficulty with opening my acct--service rep hung up on me after a 12 minute wait--finally just ordered as a guest
The local florist who delivered the order in Fulton, Mo called Unique Designs was so wonderful. They attempted delivery but no one was home, she called me and didn't want to leave the flowers outside on the porch because it was so hot. She attempted delivery several more times and then after a phone conversation left them outside. I so appreciate the effort and care they took with the order.
The bouquet was about half the size pictured. They died in three days. Customer service responded with the order meets our specs. I am disputing the charge and writing this review. I wish I could give them less than one star.
The online site is easy to use, and the flower delivery is reliable. I don't like that the emails I receive from the company with so called savings and discounts aren't anything that can't be found by going directly to the website, and often the ones that come to my inbox offer less savings than at the website. That is my main complaint. The delivery charge also seems high, although this time I received free delivery.

The customer service line is horrible. Delivery was made after 12 even though I paid for the expedited delivery... I got the flowers eventually but I was taking in consideration to dispute the charges with my credit card company since I had no flowers at noon and was waiting on hold with the customer service for 40 minutes... In total I had to wait more then 1 and a half hours to get through and be able to actually talk to someone. Eventually I got the flowers, pretty nice flowers and the complete order was made.
I'm sorry but I can't recommend these guys because of the shabby service they provide.

Quick, easy to navigate website and straightforward checkout procedure. The recipients were very pleased with the product. The $2.99 for same day delivery charge was well worth it and the arrangement prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use your services again.
The $ was listed as $31.99 on the first page, before the discount. Your pricing is misleading.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
