It was easy i like that. The shipping was a lot of money that may keep me from buying again the flower i got at a great deal but 15 bucks for shipping is a lot. But he's supper happy
Shopping on your site is easy. But I paid for expedited shipping which did not happen. Luckily he had to stay over and ended up still receiving them. But I paid $5.00 extra for nothing!

I paid extra to ensure my package would be delivered before 12:00PM that day. The first call I received about having trouble finding the office building was at 12:59PM, slightly disappointed with the delivery expectations. My package was delivered after the intended recipient had left work that day after 4:00PM.

Way too long a wait on cust service line
I thought that the tulips would be in many colors as pictured when I bought them, but only the arrangement was of two colors. :( & the balloons didn't wait for a day to be deflated.

I ordered two pieces to be delivered to my best friend's funeral. The spray was lovely.
However the pink Kalanchoe plant was ridiculously small and barely had any flowers on it. I was truly embarrassed by the size and quality of the plant, and expected much more for the price.
They were very nice. Wouldn't it be sufficient to do ratings only?
Initial experience with the non-delivery of my first order was disappointed. I thought a second order would arrive in time for Mother's Day as advertised but it still was late.
