I wish I had read this site before i ordered from them. They had 480 negative one star reviews. 480! I order flowers and paid extra for them to be delivered in under 4 hours. They were not delivered in under 4 hours. I tried to contact them and spent over 30 minutes on hold with no answer. I sent 2 emails with no response. I still have not received any word from them & when I try to track order online, it says that they have received no response from their delivery guy. I asked for my money back and no one has responded to that either. You have to be crazy to order anything from this place!
Process went very quickly. Sending from Canada to the US is not always easy. This basket was a gesture of sympathy for my cousins husband who lost his father. It had to be delivered quickly and it was. I did not see the basket but I am hoping it was as wonderful as they said.
When the order came it was not what I ordered. I ordered flower cake and received a bouquet. But the order was corrected.
Everything was pretty good. The only difficulty was trying to figure out that the promo code was already applied to the "discounted" price listed on the website.

I placed my order. They didn't deliver on the date they said they would. After being on hold with customer service for 50 minutes, they agreed to refund 50% of the order and then deliver it the following day. Only problem is that they didn't deliver it on that date either. I'm shocked how this company is still in business. Awful customer service.

Really my only complaint is that the $15 'service/handling' charge should be made more clear. I'm sure it showed up 'somewhere' while I placed the order, but it wasn't OBVIOUS until I was finished. Left me feeling a little bit hoodwinked.
You advertised a before noon delivery and charge for it. But the delivery was 3 hours late.
Order looked great. Delivered on time. Pricey but worth it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
