About a year ago, an order that I placed was not complete...balloon was to come with flowers. Balloon was missing. You gave me a card for $10 off to make up for your mistake. When I used the card on this last order, I found out that anyone could use the EASY line...so it appears I essentially received nothing (no money) back from what I was charged previously & did not receive. Not a fan of your pricing...feel cheated. Probably will not order again!

I liked the candy cake (it was different) but when I opened it and saw the size I felt that was too much money for the size and it just being candy.

The first mention of the service charge was as the transaction went through. Terrible vendor conduct. You should be ashamed. Worse, a fifteen dollar charge for a UPS delivery that costs a small fraction of that is inexcusable. It's not like a local florist sent out a delivery person. Very disappointing. None of this was disclosed properly. Thankfully, UPS got the delivery right and on time. It doesn't feel very special to receive flowers this way.

Also, false advertisement is the best way to land a bad review with a customer! I had a picture sent to me of what was delivered and it was NOT what the advertisement depicted...that's bad.
I ordered flowers, balloon and chocolates for my mom for Mother's Day and she never received the balloon or chocolates and they charged $15 for delivery plus a $10 weekend delivery fee. I tried calling and was on hold for 45 minutes and called two more times and no answer. Sent an email and got nothing from them. After a week I called again and finally after 20 minutes finally talked to someone and finally I'm getting the money refunded for the balloon and chocolates. I definitely won't order from this place ever again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
