Amazon payment would not work and why do I have to pay a handling fee twice if they are delivered to the same place a same time
I sent this to someone else and she seems to be enjoying it. I just think this particular arrangement was a little too expensive.
They were a gift, and the recipient was very happy to receive them.
The service/handling charge seems a bit excessive. The flowers that were delivered to my daughter for her birthday did not even begin to resemble the flowers on their website. I ordered a "premium" bouquet and the quality and number of flowers in the arrangement was less than what was pictured and/or stated for the minimum floral arrangement. They did follow up on my phone call and are supposed to redeliver tomorrow.
Recipient stated the flowers I sent were 'very beautiful'.

The ONLY glitch was that the florist in my mom's little desert town didn't carry the type of flowers in their shop and substituted some others (at my request after I heard they didn't have the ones pictured). They weren't as bright, but at least there WERE flowers included. Living, I hope.?

I liked the ordering process and the timely delivery. I was very disappointed with the flowers, though. They did not look like the picture on the ordering webpage. I have pictures of them if you are interested in seeing them. In addition, after I saw what was delivered, the price was entirely too high for the quality of the floral arrangement.
Just ordered the Wild Rainbow Roses for a friend. Site was easy to navigate. Hopefully they are as gorgeous as they look in the pic.
