Picture from lady I sent them to did not look like the picture of what I ordered. The delivered flowers looked like a much smaller bouquet than the website picture I ordered.
Although the flower bouquet was delivered on time, what was provided on the website was not what was delivered in reality. The delivered flower bouquet was lackluster at best and not really fitting for a baby congratulations bouquet. I was definitely disappointed...and I was the sender, not the recipient. I was offered 25% off the item cost, but still have to sit with the cost of a failed gesture, shipping, taxes, etc. Will probably not use this service again.
Glad to find last minute gift and to be able to get it delivered. I sent this gift to my 93 year old Mother who resides in a Nursing Facility. We are not able to visit her right now, so I have not been able to see the gift myself. The workers did confirm it had been delivered to her.
I contacted customer service about a typo for the message and the receiver still received the incorrect message.
With all the extras offered, I am concerned if my order is complete and will be presented on time.

This is based on the ordering process and the available flowers. I may change my mind if the flowers aren't nice. The flowers were delivered when they were supposed to be, but they were sent as a gift to someone in another state, so I don't really know what they look like or if they are what I ordered. I won't know until I talk to the recipient. I live in one state and the recipient lives in another state.
I ordered this same arrangement for someone two weeks ago. It was beautiful, but they didn't use a pink vase. They used plain clear one. That's cheaper. The pink vase probably wasn't available because of the virus. Instead, a very nice bow was used. It was still beautiful!

I really don't like how the fees are hidden until after you put in ALL of your information. It makes it feel sketchy and should be an upfront information item. My mom did love her flowers. The florist that made the arrangement in her local area did a fantastic job.
