Online order was simple. I placed my order last Thursday May 27th for a delivery on June 1st. I was disappointed that my daughters birthday flowers were delivered Around 4:45pm after she had already left for the day. I would've thought a more timely delivery to a place of employment would be considered.

The flowers that I ordered were not what was depicted on the website - and the vase was supposed to be purple. I received a clear glass vase, with purple foam in the inside, and purple plastic on the outside. For the amount that was paid, I had expected more flowers, other that daisy's and a fuller display that was was received. Although my granddaughter was pleased with them, I thought it should have been closer to what was depicted on the website. I did upgrade so the flowers would be fuller, but it didn't appear so in the pictures that she sent to me.
