I ordered 2 bouquets for Mother's Day, and what my mom and mother-in-law received didn't look like the pictures online. There weren't as many flowers, some of the types of flowers that were supposed to be included were not present; and one of the bouquets was supposed to come in a mason jar, but they just used some random vase. The bouquets weren't ugly, so we at least had that, but it would have been nice to get what we thought we were paying for. I wouldn't order from them again. My husband and I are overseas, and we are away from our families. The least that a website could do is actually deliver what the customer is paying for. If we were home, we would have gone to a flower shop in person and would have made sure our family is getting the quality they deserve.
I've always been pleased with our order fulfillment. The last two deliveries, however, have come in boxes that allow movement inside and we've had some packaged contents crushed and crumpled. It doesn't make sense to put a heavy container of canned sparkling water atop Kleenex boxes and Oreo cookies. This is very discouraging, and Amazon recently disappoints.
Flowers bought from you have always been beautiful and lasted longer than other florists.

I was extremely pleased with your services. I was skeptical, I will admit, ordering flowers online, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flowers I sent were gorgeous. They were sent on time and to the proper location. The price was reasonable. It was a great experience. If I had to order flowers online again, I would definitely use your services.
The dried fruit and nut arrangement was beautiful and my daughter absolutely loved it! She did not comment so much on the flower arrangement, only to thank me and say they were nice. I asked her to take a picture for me and I was very upset at how gaudy the arrangement was... Yes, I did select a non-specific arrangement of florist selected flowers, hoping to get a beautiful, in season, selection of popular fresh cuts, however, what she received looked like something thrown together with leftovers. Lesson learned... I'm glad I ordered the fruit and nut arrangement so at least it wasn't a total bomb on her special occasion.
