We had flowers scheduled to be delivered on Mother's Day. They did not get delivered. I tried calling you late that night, no answer. I sent an email late that night. At this point I was irritated. I asked what happened and asked for a refund. Four days later, no response. At this point I think this is a scam website and I am about to report it. I tried calling customer service (open 24 hours) again tonight and no answer. I called back and selected "place an order" and someone actually answered. She tells me that after they received my email, they contacted the florist regarding the problem and the florist never got back to them. She says my order was cancelled at this point and my card was credited. I never received any communication that this had occurred. We were still calling my Mother-in-law daily and asking if the flowers had arrived. After my call with your company, I did receive a $20 coupon so we are trying again. Last chance to get this right guys...
This time the flowers arrived on schedule. My mother-in-law was thankful and sent us a pictures. The flowers did not look like the flowers in the website picture. It should have had " white lilies, yellow roses, purple Monte Casino and blue delphinium" from the picture it looks like it has 3 yellow roses and greenery. Oh well...at least it arrived. We will not be using this company again.

It is ridiculous to pay $15 for each item going to the same person on the same day. What a rip off! Your company should be ashamed!

After they were delivered the actual bouquet was not quite what I thought. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and accommodating and anxious to help with my concerns. Kudos for timely customer satisfaction.
My daughter loved the flowers... she said " the florist didn't get cheap with the flowers, they all looked feesh and were the best ones I have ever ordered for her"!
Very good -- except for the unexpected 14.99 "handling" charge. That was a big bump-up in price I was not happy about. Should have been stated up front.
Plus, when it was delivered to my son, it did not arrive as pictured. No pineapple, no bananas. That disappointed me. There should be some disclaimer in the description if you aren't going to deliver the fruits pictured.

Very glad I found your site.It is very user-friendly. Was disappointed, however, in the size of the bouquet. 5 mis-matched flowers, some baby's breath and fern. Even the delivery man said to the recipient, "I don't know why you got the small one".
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
