Delivery fee should be disclosed before check out. Recipient in AZ LOVED the arrangement- said was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever received! The driver of the delivery called me prior to delivery as he could not get an answer at the door and asked if it would be ok to leave outside as it was warm. I told him yes that I would text them and let them know to pick up,which they did shortly. The delivery driver was very polite as well.

The bouquet of flowers was very different from what I saw in the picture on your site. He was much worse. There were fewer flowers and they were stale. The bow on the vase was tied crookedly and ugly. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product. I will never contact your store again. I evaluate the work of the courier as good, everything was done well and on time.

Lots of great choices. There seemed to be more flowers in the picture than were received.
The shipping cost is crazy, the discount is doesn't make up for the cost, only reason i even went with you is because you are able to ship it to her before her birthday my fault i picked this late. The cost is way way more the other sites. The site isn't user friendly with what u can pick for ballon ( 2 options a smiley face or heart!?) hopefully the flowers look amazing and she loves them and i wont complain but should their be any issue i would be very upset.

My friend loved them. I live in another state and was not sure how her apartment is set up for deliveries, but she sent me a text to let me know that she received them. I asked for a picture to see how close it was to the picture online and it looked great.
The delivery was not on time I ordered 2 different arrangements and asked and paid for them to be delivered on Saturday. Only one arrived on the scheduled day even though the site showed both delivered. The arrangement that arrived on time was better than expected, the 2nd did not match the picture. The product looked nice but not as nice as the picture. Seems to bet a hit or miss online tool. The arrangements were for my grandmother's passing as I am out of town. The arrangements were sent with 2 different cards to express regrets from 2 different branches of the family, so one arriving before the other made it look less unified.
It was easy to find what I was looking for and the form was simple to fill out PLUS the delivery date was available.
