WOW! STRESS FREE! OMG!

I USE to call 1-800 Flowers. However, one day when surfing the Web, I came across From You Flowers.
I placed an unusual order with them. ** A 10 year old girl I knew was dying of cancer. And all she asked for was to have a celebration at her funeral. Not to be sad! She just wanted us all to bring purple balloons to her funeral and release them as they were lowering her casket. Because I could not attend her funeral, I asked the From You Flowers representative if she could arrange to have 10 purple balloons delivered to the funeral home. The ceremony was at 11:00am. 10 purple balloons were delivered on time! The family was so overwhelmed and appreciative. It was a special way to honor there little girls wishes! I wish I could remember the representatives name that I spoke with at From You Flowers. She was pleasant and very sympathetic. She mentioned that it was so mature and selfless for the little girl to tell her family to celebrate and don't be sad. So, My sincere Thank You to From You Flowers for making my day TWICE NOW! Very easy to order online, arrived at a relatively good time, however the flower arrangement that i received looks nothing like the photo. The types of flowers were in the arrangement however the arrangement its self was lacking tremendously. The picture shows an arrangement that is tall and bulbous over a slimmer vase. Some of the roses has brown curled up edges and 1 strange greenish/white flower was brown. Not satisfied with this arrangement.

As long as my wife gets flowers in great quality today I'll be back! Last time I ordered from a different place she received BAD flowers. And when they offered to replace them she got flowers that were nearly as bad as the first. And then I couldn't get a call back. Please send pretty flowers for me and I'll be back!

Easy to navigate and good pricing. There was an issue when the flowers were being delivered. I tried to call customer service. After 15 minutes on hold, I finally hung up and emailed. That was frustrating and disappointing. The flowers arrived about 2 or 3 hours after expected delivery time. The flowers are very beautiful and the recipient was delighted by the beauty. Too bad the Customer Service and delivery was a downer. Will not recommend you even though you gave me a discount for the inconvenience. There were some unexpected added expenses to the final cost that I wasn't expecting.

I've used other online flower delivery services in the past which were more expensive than FromYouFlowers. Unfortunately, I've been the sender and not the receiver each time, so I've not had the opportunity to see if what was delivered was what I actually ordered or similar. I will say that the ordering process was easy, and delivered on time, and the prices, I felt, were very reasonable. The recipients were very happy, which, I suppose, is the most important thing!
