This company took over $50 from my account and never delivered tr he flowers. It was for my finances birthday and I requested special flowers for her. Not only did they not call or deliver, they refuse to refund my money. I will not rest until this company either returns the money they stole from me or I can get enough people together to launch a class action lawsuit so we can shut them down forever!
I paid an extra $4.99 expedited delivery fee and there was a note on the page that in this case the delivery is guaranteed before 12PM. However the delivery was made at around 1:56 PM.

I was stunned to see this gorgeous arrangement. Not having a lot of money I opted for the regular size and honestly can't see how it could have been better. This was for the church service for my best friend's husband. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Funerals are hard enough but the statement of love and caring this arrangement showed let everyone know I'll always be there for her no matter what. I was a little afraid that with our cold Minnesota weather I might be disappointed with the flowers available up here. I wasn't! I can't believe how amazing this floral grouping turned out.

Pathetic. I ordered on 5/18 and they promised me delivery by noon on 5/19. I started calling them at 1.30 pm on 5/19 and they put you on hold indefinitely (unless you press *1 and are placing a new order). Finally, 30 minutes later a wise guy pretends to talk to me and hangs up in 5 seconds flat since apparently he can't hear a word. I had to contact Amazon for a full refund (yet awaited)...stay clear from greedy vendors who are only courteous and responsive till they get your credit card info...and turn a deaf ear (literally) a minute later. Unscrupulous.

Ordering online makes it nice and easy, problem I have is I paid extra for an expedited service I ordered around 930am and I had to call on hold for 30 mins, because the person I order for was leaving at 330 flowers arrived at 325. I don't feel that was worth an additional 23.00. I will probably go back to the other company I have used in the past.

Was pleased but disappointed with not getting my $12.19 discount
The order arrived around 3:45pm CDT - I had asked that it be delivered before noon local time in Florida - therefore it got delivered at 4:45pm EDT. I paid an expedited fee for the delivery to be before noon. So not sure how expedited this actually was. But at least it did get delivered.
My overall experience was great and we will definitely use your services again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
