This was the latest of several purchases, I had paid extra for rush delivery (before noon) and the flowers were just delivered as of 5 minutes ago--it is 3:30PM. They are beautiful as always, but I'm irritated about the lateness of the delivery.

Very disappointed with the arrangement for the price. Was note even close to the picture shown. This was an arrangement for my bosses 50th Birthday and I was embarrassed, first did not know she would have to put everything together then when she showed me the arrangement, none of the lilies were opened yet and the "blue skies" really where is all the blue? There was more green than blue, very disappointed.
Great choices and same day delivery options mean I will buy from this service again.

Easy to navigate website, easy transaction, great prices. The flowers were gorgeous when they were delivered, but I did have problems with delivery. I paid for same day delivery and ordered hours before the 3PM cut off time, but they did not arrive until the next day. Customer service was great and refunded what I paid for same day delivery... but I'm left wondering why that even happened and why I had to contact customer service instead of receiving some sort of notification that they wouldn't be delivered as promised.
The order was the same as shown on the web site. The flower basket and balloon was a perfect gift.
Has always been easy. Some of the roses had brown edges. My wife was a little disappointed. She felt that they were not as fresh as they could have been.
