SO EASY TO ORDER Was able to see the flowers today and they are very pretty and fresh. Was a little disappointed that it didn't have the pink and white polka dot ribbon around the vase,but otherwise my neice, (the recipient) and I loved the arrangement.
I ordered this gift basket for my grandson after he had a nasty accident on his bike. We are in a different state and it was important that he receive it asap (he is only 8) so I requested same day delivery. When it had not been delivered by the last possible delivery time I called the number on the website and spoke with Morgan. She was very apologetic and offered to upgrade the basket as well as removing the small extra charge for same day delivery. It was delivered today and was a HUGE hit. The upgrade put it a little over the top but the smile on my grandson's face made us bruised and swollen eye and cheek less noticeable. Thanks for you help.
Put info in and then had to do it again. Started with message about discount for 1st time and give email and then did not see. Would like to leave a longer note. Expedite fee added when not asked for. Would like to see total charges before paying. See more abut how I feel when I see what I get.

The delivered arrangement was beautiful and my girl friend loved it BUT the roses were suppose to be pure white as that's her favorite but the delivered arrangement was pink roses.

I am very disappointed about my order. It was supposed to have peace lillys in it- showed that way in the picture. But my friend received it and it was a very small plant with a few white daisies. This is an embarrassment, I am embarrassed that that is what she received from me.
