I use this service for my out of town mother. I think the service / handling fee is a bit steep. However she loves the flowers you put together and they live quite a while.
I've used other online flower delivery services in the past which were more expensive than FromYouFlowers. Unfortunately, I've been the sender and not the receiver each time, so I've not had the opportunity to see if what was delivered was what I actually ordered or similar. I will say that the ordering process was easy, and delivered on time, and the prices, I felt, were very reasonable. The recipients were very happy, which, I suppose, is the most important thing!

ATTENDED WAKE ON 5/18/16 AND FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED ON TIME AND WERE LOVELY. GAVE FRIEND SITE INFO TO ORDER FLOWERS FOR SAME WAKE, IT WAS THE GRANDAUGHTER OF DECEASED WAKE I ATTENDED LAST NIGHT. HER FLOWERS WERE JUST AS NICE. GREAT JOB! VERY SATISFIED.

The prices are misleading... this is the second time on your website and the only reason why I have actually placed the order is because you will deliver the gift on time. If I had to choose it would be another florist because of the switch & bait techniques that you use and charge extra to have the flowers delivered in a timely manner, really?
My other issue is that the flowers that arrived were not the ones that I ordered. Luckily for me the recipient did not know that!
Customer service was good as they called to make sure of the time for the delivery of the flowers. However, upon seeing a photo of the flower arrangement delivered to my daughter, I was very much disappointed as the arrangement was different from the photo depicted in the company website as "Deluxe" -- there were very few flowers & a regular vase was used - more like the least expensive arrangement in the website & quite far from the arrangement that I paid for.
I just happened to be picking my daughter for her birthday brunch when the flowers were delivered. I was very disappointed. I ordered the deluxe Best wishes bouquet because of the 4 different colors/flowers and the ribbons hanging down making it very festive. I did not have any of the green button poms or purple monte casino's. There was a substitution for the purple flowers but only 3 and no substitutions for the poms. There was a gaping hole on one side and the ribbons that made it so pretty are sparse and totally curled up at the top...none hanging down. Flowers are usually, for the most part, very pretty...this one was so-so.
The flowers I ordered for my recipient looked nothing like what I ordered. My recipient sent a picture of them to me. She loved the flowers and though they were very pretty, they looked nothing like the picture of the flowers I ordered.
IT WAS NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED. I GLAD I DIDN'T GET THE SMALLER ONE BECAUSE THE ONE I RECEIVED WAS VERY SMALL FOR THE PRICE. ALSO I WAS EXPECTING TO GET A PLANT NOT JUST SOME GREEN LEAVES STUCK IN SOME STYROFOAM. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED
