I saw the flowers at the funeral service and was very pleased. They were just as was pictured on-line.
Buying experience was easy and quick. Delivery time was as promised. Flowers arrangement was ok, but not as nice and beautiful as it was on on-line picture.
I hate your cryptic website and that you have different prices for the same item, depending on which email link I click! I hate that you try to sneak in upgrades to my order, like larger size & price or pay more for morning delivery. You are trying to trick your users into spending more money. What deceitful and dishonest practices you employ!

I ordered flower from Just for you Flowers for my Uncles funeral, I payed the extra charge for same day delivery to ensure the flowers were going to be there on time. My Uncle's funeral was set for 10Am the next day. At 10:45Am the day of the funeral 18 hours after the guaranteed delivery time, I was contacted by Just for you Flowers, by phone and email, to tell me that the arrangement I had chosen was not available and to help me pick out a different arrangement. Well I was very upset I told them it was too late I am sure the funeral party was already at the graveyard. They then offered to send the flowers to my Uncle's house. I couldn't see rewarding this company for such an epic fail so I asked for a full refund, and of course my Uncle didn't get his flowers. I know funerals are for the living not the dead, but I did want to give him a final gift of flowers and a card to say I Love You...
My daughter sent me a picture of the flowers that she received from me - they were beautiful, but the picture on line of the bouquet I ordered had many more flowers - - my daughter's bouquet had more greenery than flowers. The picture on line had lots of little pink flowers and there were none of those in the bouquet - it was greenery. That was a little disappointing.

The overall experience with fromyouflowers.com was great as far as selecting the product, inputting the delivery information, and the ordering process; however, when the product was delivered (on time!), the quality of the flowers as well as the arrangement were very poor - not at all what I was expecting and not what was pictured. I was a bit taken back and embarrassed by it when shown a picture as this was for my boyfriend's job anniversary, but he was very appreciative and assured me that he liked them and it was the thought that counted.
I'm hoping that going forward, fromyouflowers.com will be a bit more selective when choosing a local florist to carry-out the arrangement process.
