Quick and easy my granddaughter loved the flowers.
Buying process was easy. My niece wasn't home at time of delivery so ended up having to pick up her own flowers 10 minutes away from her house the next day. I would of rather them just been left on the doorstep. But she said the flowers were pretty and seemed happy with them.

My only complaint is that the shipping came so late in the process, and it brought me over my budget, so I had to go back and drop off the chocolates, and had to re-enter all the information. That was a bit of a pain.

I made this order yesterday for a co-worker of mine who is very sick and although she was grateful for the flowers, they do not look as appealing as they did on your website. My coworkers and I have spent almost $70 for an arrangement we feel is not up to the standards presented. I remember requesting the deluxe version of your Mixed Floral Celebration Get Well Bouquet and I feel as if the florist who arranged it missed a few things as they look nothing like the one I selected.

The overall shopping was easy, but when I got to the checkout I noticed a 14.99 Service fee that I wasn't aware of...I feel this should publicized a little more with the cost of the arrangement I am looking at online. Other than that it was great! Flowers were pretty and delivered quickly. Will purchase again.

Handling service charge appears high. I though for the total cost there would be more flowers. I have purchased from other shops and there were more flowers for the cost paid. I think the handling charges and delivery are very high.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
