Wow, it was so easy. Saw exactly the right arrangement and put in my order. Beautiful!
My only issue is, calling to confirm the order meant being directed to a call center, apparently, with a rather long wait time (put on hold twice), and, agent confusion it seemed.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and that is a problem when it is asked to be delivered over 24 hours later.

It was easy to choose my git and order it and it was delivered with panache. The only thing I would caution you against is the default that has you ordering a vase, perhaps without realizing it. I had to redo my order to remove the vase.
The flowers and delivery time were great, but unfortunately the order was not complete. I contacted customer service by e-mail yesterday right after the delivery. I received a prompt response back indicating they would follow up and get back to me right away. It has now been 24hrs and I have not heard back from anyone.

I ENJOYED THE EASE OF ONLINE SHOPPING AND THE DELIVERY WAS EARLY WHICH I LIKED. I DID NOT LOVE THE ARRANGEMENT HOWEVER. IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I PICKED OUT ONLINE, BUT AT THE SAME TIME, I DID APPRECIATE THE AMT OF LILLIES THAT WERE INCLUDED IN THE ARRANGEMENT.

Was charged for same day delivery. It was late the next day after several emails and a phone call.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
