I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my daughter and chose the florist choice bouquet for baby boy. I did not know what the arrangement looked like, but she seemed pleased. Did not understand extra charge for weekend delivery, when the delivery date was Friday May, 27th. Arrangement was delivered by time stated. Thank You
The flowers were supposed to be delivered by 12:00 noon as the recipient was going out. Luckily she was late in leaving her house and she intercepted the delivery that was left at her door. The delivery person did not ring her doorbell and the flowers were left at her door in 90 degree weather. If she had not been home or had not opened her door, they would have been ruined. Other than that, I am satisfied with your services.

I deleted what I originally complimented you after I saw the horrific arrangement delivered instead of what I ordered. Here's what I sent your customer service folks in an email just now. I have never been so disappointed with a flower arrangement in my life. I spent several hours on online florist sites before settling on your website and selecting what was supposed to be a spectacular arrangement call Sunshine Flower Garden consisting of three, gloriously bright flowers. I chose it particularly for the vibrant colors. That is what I ordered and that is what I expected. It was the recipient's 90th birthday so I wanted something spectacular. It would have been it, but you delivered totally lackluster arrangement with pitiful flowers overshadowed by large greenery. It looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered. In fact, it looks totally awful. Whoever taught these people how to arrange flowers? The only tactful thing the recipient's daughter could say was that the arrangement smelled wonderful. I'm am sorry, in a way, that she sent the picture of the flowers. I am so embarrassed. This is appalling! I am so upset I can't even begin to cope. This was to be such a special occasion and if the flowers I ordered had been delivered it would have been. I have been so cheated and, worse yet, so has my wonderful,90-year-old "other" mother.
Someone should be mortified by this. If what delivered looks like a Sunshine Flower Garden, I'll eat it! I paid a pretty penny for this mess, too. How anyone can say you are the best online value is beyond me! I'm certainly going to warn other buyers about this.

I was so disappointed with this business. I had never used them before but I liked the retirement balloon bouquet that they had a picture of on their website. I placed the order 2 weeks in advance to have delivered to our office for our friend who has worked for the same dentist for 30 years. We wanted to make it special for her last day to receive the balloons. I even paid extra to have them delivered before noon so she could enjoy them for her last day at work. By 3:00 in the afternoon, I called the business and told them to cancel the order. They had no explanation of why no one showed up and I had placed the order two weeks prior. I will, of course, never use this business again with the awful experience we had with them. I will tell everyone to stay away from this particular web site company. Horrible!
Accurate service, on time, impressive arrangement
I expected my bouquet to be fuller. For example, there were only 3 yellow roses.

Everything has been great-all our receivers have loved the flower arrangements. I just wish the overall price was a bit lower or that you offered a smaller, less expensive option as well. I'm also interested in learning or getting the coupon mentioned at checkout.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
