The flowers were delivered on the wrong day. The arrangement was pretty, but small and looked like the normal get well soon bouquet you can get at Wal-Mart. I would not recommend the florist designed anniversary bouquet. I upgraded to premium and that was a waste. Roses are a much better value.

My best friend received the flowers and she liked it very much. For a regular price, I was just hoping that there were plenty of flowers for it to look more like a nice bouquet rather than just a bunch of flowers with 3 pieces roses and 3 pieces stargazers. But the color compensates what it lacks for. I also hope that the personal message was typewritten/computerized instead of it being handwritten, since it lacked that "personal touch from the sender." The other flower companies opt to send typewritten/computerized messages. Thank you.
So far so good. I'll wait to see if it arrives on time and the flowers are as shown.

Ordered a snack baslet for a loved one who is in the hospital. Was unaware that it could not be delivered to the ICU nurses station. The company did not call to tell me that they did not deliver the basket. I could have had my loved ones wife meet the delivery man in the lobby and pick up the basket. Instead I found out the following evening when I emailed asking about delivery confirmation. Two days have no lapsed, no delivered basket. Loved gets moved to medical floor, private room. I make the company aware of this and am promised the basket will be delivered first thing today. Once again, no delivery, no call to give reason whysterectomy. I email, again, to be told the delivery driver could not find my loved one. It's a hospital, all you have to do is ask and he was given the information. Finally, have up and canceled the order. Very rude and inadequate customer service. Highly dissatisfied.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
