The flowers have yet to be delivered as I write this but so far the experience is good!
I thought the extra charge (Optional) that I paid for would have provided significantly more flowers. I do not think the extra charge is worth it. The arrangement was smaller than the picture presented. Delivery was early which was ok, but should have been verified through email first as it was supposed to be a surprise... "Surprise"! Overall I can't complain much as I sent this from overseas.

The only worry I had was that the flowers were ordered on Friday and to be delivered on Sunday, 5/29. I realize it was not only a Sunday but also the day before a holiday. We had no choice because the wale was on Sunday and the funeral the following day which was Memorial Day. The flowers were being delivered to what I was told was a very small, very rural, town church and that they are only there on church service days so we asked them to be delivered on Sunday, a church day and also the day of the wake so we could be sure someone was there to receive them. We got the email saying they had been delivered on Saturday, 5/29. I was panicked worrying they had possibly been left on a door step of the church in a person's absence. I had to call your main number to find out if someone had been there to accept them and it turns out they did so it all worked out, however, I do think that in the future if we are told they can and will be delivered on a certain day, that the delivery is carried out as planned. Otherwise, I heard the flowers were gorgeous and they were greatly appreciated.

Have use your service before & happy...But who ever delivered the order left it out side as we ask that it be delivered before noon & we got the call a 11;50 telling us they left it out side on a very hot day. They should have tel. Called the person to see if they were still at home before delivering. What ever florets you used in VA. Hoping it was okay when they go home..
Website very easy to use. The person who received the flowers appreciated the thought. When asked if they were nice she said they were colorful. We pressed for a little more and she told us the roses were already in full bloom and it looked like someone just stuffed the flowers in a vase. There was no arranging to them. We were a bit disappointed.
It was so easy to select flowers and so easy to place an order. The flowers were sent to my sister & she was extremely pleased with the flower arrangement. I have used Fromyouflowers before & will continue to do so. My whole experience was wonderful.

Flowers were very beautiful, I was not happy with the vase, it was not at all like the picture when ordered.
Good service
Arrangement was a gift for tea party and should have been in a tea cup with saucer but the container had no handle on it. I did pay extra for specific time delivery and the time received was within that time frame and the arrangement was fresh.
I think the add on charges are too much I almost paid for 2 arrangements. I will carefully decide to us again.

Offer an option for no vase along with the premium dozen red roses and I'll come back every time, and I would've liked to have known about the card being hand written versus typed. If it was going to be handwritten, I could've chosen a card from a store myself that would suit my tastes.
Looks like same quality as other flower delivery companies a much lower price.
