Everything was great! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars for services/ products is that I thought the box of chocolate would be truffles. It's not really the company's fault since there was no specifications on the site although the picture was misleading. But I would still order from the site again because of the price and fast delivery!

The experience was nice but didn't know about the $15 service fee until this end. This would have affected my decision had I known sooner. The person who received the plant sent me a picture along with a thank you. What was actually sent versus what was advertised was very different. I was very disappointed and will probably not use this service again based on this experience.
I had never ordered from your company before, and was a bit hesitant. But after a few pretty awful experiences with those other 2 "Big Name" places (800 and Pro...) I thought I'd give FromYouFlowers a chance. Everything was beyond perfect! So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. It is hard to be so far away from "home" on important days, but knowing that a gift sent is exactly what was hoped for makes it a bit easier.

The white background flowers had few that were brown on the edges. The arrangement did arrive to look just like the website showed.

I am completely dissatisfied. The delivery was made on time as promised. However, instead of an anniversary card to Debbie & Garrey, it was delivered with a birthday card to Garrey. The flowers were an entirely different color with, primarily, lilies which I did not like at all. I specifically picked an arrangement with few lilies and a dark pink/purple color scheme. What you delivered did not come close.
My hospitalized father-in-law enjoyed the fruit basket and thought it was a nice choice. Delivery was timed so he could take it home and enjoy it during his recovery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
