The order could not be delivered on time because the florist they chose was closed that day I had them deliver it on Tuesday instead and refund the "same day" charge The refund is in the form of a store credit which has to be used within days. I don't know if one of my grandchildren are going to break an arm or leg in the next days. The refund policy sucks Ron A
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
