Was great. (FYI, last time I ordered flowers, they were delivered a day late. Binghamton, NY. It wasn't a big deal but you may want to be aware. It was supposed to be a Mother's Day delivery and we were a little disappointed that it was delivered late.) For the most recent purchase, everything went smoothly and my friend was delighted with her birthday flowers.
Initially had a problem with a coupon code not being accepted, but it was quickly resolved by customer service. Very impressive.
Everything was absolutely great. I was expecting the flowers to be more like the picture. In this case I was going for very simplistic look like what was on the web site and the arrangement was way more than that. I know they meant well but true to the picture was what I would have preferred.

I have never been SO disappointed and embarrassed. They were a get well gift to my best friend who had a stroke! Tried to copy n paste a picture for you but I couldn't. The flowers were few and far between and half DEAD! I tried to rate with NO stars but it didn't allow it. I will be sharing this info on line. You should be ashamed! Go ahead and remove this, there are many other avenues.
