Was great. (FYI, last time I ordered flowers, they were delivered a day late. Binghamton, NY. It wasn't a big deal but you may want to be aware. It was supposed to be a Mother's Day delivery and we were a little disappointed that it was delivered late.) For the most recent purchase, everything went smoothly and my friend was delighted with her birthday flowers.
Initially had a problem with a coupon code not being accepted, but it was quickly resolved by customer service. Very impressive.
Everything was absolutely great. I was expecting the flowers to be more like the picture. In this case I was going for very simplistic look like what was on the web site and the arrangement was way more than that. I know they meant well but true to the picture was what I would have preferred.

Go ahead and remove this, there are many other avenues.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
