The website said the delivery times to a business were 9-5pm. I wanted to send a delivery to my fiancé, but I needed to be sure it would be sent to him before he left work at 3pm. I called customer service the morning of the delivery and they willingly made a point to deliver it earlier that day. It was delivered at 1:30pm.
I'm usually not one to complain but when I pay for a service I expect that service. The product was delivered after 12:00noon. Is there some type of compensation/refund. This has happen with you all in the past when I ordered but I wanted to give you another try.
Shopping experience is good but will wait to hear what the receiver says about quality.

I needed flowers delivered today, out of town and this was quick and easy. The beautiful bouquet I ordered should be there in 4 hours. Now, that is FAST!
My daughter sent us a picture and the flowers were beautiful. She was very happy.
The delivery time was excellent, the quality of the flowers for the cost was not.
I thought I was going to pay close to the 39.99 after the discount, but so many fees were added. Then the flowers did not deliver on time and kind of ruined the moment they were for.
