Yesterday I ordered a get well arrangement for my daughter-in-law. The arrangement arrived today exactly as described. I had tried to order the same arrangement from 3 other well known floral companies I had used in the past and was told by each one that the arrangement was not available in the area of Massachusetts where they live. In fact from all 3, I was only offered a small bouquet in a plain glass vase. Boring. At Fromyouflowers.com I got exactly what I wanted for almost $10 less than on the other sites.
I have not seen the flowers, so do not know if they are what I expected or not.
Didn't realize the processing fee would be so much. There was no card with the delivery even though I requested one.
My sister sent me a picture of the flowers. They didn't look like the picture I picked.

Ordered the stargazer lilies for my daughter's birthday because they are her favorite. She was not home so flowers were left out in the heat but appear ok. Lots of blooms with only 3 open flowers. Hopefully the rest will open. Vase not as advertised, just plain vase. Ribbon attached not attractive. Looks like a child tied it.

It was delivered on the correct day, but very late in the day. I was hoping that it would be delivered by 6:00 pm.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
