Yesterday this exact same item was 31.99 I'm disappointed that today it was 49.99. Kinda feel that's not worth it now but I told the recipient to be expecting it so now I have to go thru with it. My hope is you exceed my expectations so I will be happy with this purchase.

Unfortunately I am beyond disappointed. I wish I could send a pic of what was ordered vs what was delivered. A designer fruit basket filled with displayed and arranged fruit, cookies, crackers, cheese, jam, sausage and candy bar vs basket of fruit thrown in a basket with one bag of cookies on top and one bag on the bottom of the fruit filed with smashed broken cookies. It was a 30th anniversary to our best friends so I am slightly embarrassed (although my friends are being so appreciative and kind about it) to know what was delivered based on the picture with a thank you that was sent to me.

Unable to deliver same day as advertised. Offered to upgrade order and reverse the $2.99 fee for same day delivery. Pleased that a rep called me to advise me of the inability to provide same day services and offer a satisfactory resolution. By 3:30pm next day, still had not received email confirmation that order was delivered. Called CS; person I spoke with very helpful; called florist and confirmed delivery to correct address. Because I didn't send the flowers to myself, I have no idea what the recipient received; if it was similar to what I ordered or if it was upgraded as promised.

I seen the fruit basket yesterday over my daughter -in-law house, I didn't like the pineapple been in the middle as a whole fruit. Next time I will get a fruit basket with more fruits.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and paid extra for same day delivery in the morning. I got a call at 4 pm saying they couldn't be delivered that day. After some discussion, they said they'd deliver the next day at a discount and send a note of apology to my wife for the late delivery. No note of apology ever came. And I'm waiting for the discount to be credited to me. That being said, my wife loved the flowers, saying they were gorgeous and fragrant.

So easy! Perfect for procrastinators like myself. Paid extra for delivery by noon but they weren't delivered until 4pm. They happily refunded the extra amount that I paid. I was blown away that the arrangement I purchased (birds of paradise with roses) came exactly as pictured on the website, if not even more stunning. Very happy with overall experience and will certainly be back.

I ordered the custom order in premium. I talked to a rep who added my requests to the florist. I asked for pink roses, either white or pink carnations and stock. I got four pink carnations 3 stock and daisy mums. Not a single rose in the bouquet. And this was for the premium bouquet. It is pretty just thought it should have been a little bigger when you buy the premium order.
