The ease of ordering on the website was great, the prices were very reasonable, and delivery was as promised. In hindsight, i should not have assumed the delivered product would be as pictured since there was not a detailed description, and you get what you pay for! The bouquet was puny, ugly & they used mostly miniature versions of the few flowers that came! Come on! This was my Mothers 84th birthday & i was very disappointed.

Really? Custom vase? The paper with a printed picture on it wasn't even in the vase. She accidentally threw it away. Dug it out of he trash. The tulips were so wilted they were hanging below the top of the vase. Was this just like here is a box of flowers and stuff? Or did I pay over 14 dollars for it to be handled and a better presentation? If this is the service I get I will choose a local florist from now on or go back to 1-800-flowers.

The flowers my daughter received looked nothing like the picture of the flowers she was supposed to be getting. Not only were there no pink flowers of any kind, it was supposed to have had a spring like floral look to it and was much darker and nowhere near as pretty as what I believed I was ordering. Very unimpressive for the price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
