Was just a bit confused why a survey came so soon-- delivery had not happened yet. But, if I were to answer the survey at the time it was emailed I would have had to say the flowers DID NOT arrive (that's not to your benefit). I'm not sure why the florist isn't responsible for reporting that the delivery was made and a confirmation sent to me (the purchaser) THEN I could answer the survey positively with the knowledge of delivery.

The flowers were not as I expected for an upgraded bouquet. The bouquet was much smaller then expected and there were a lot less flowers than standard version on the website. When I pay $81.00 for flowers I expect them to look beautiful. The delivered version was moderate at best. I have put together better options with grocery store flowers myself. Plus, I paid the expedited fee for early morning delivery and the flowers were delivered at 300PM!.I am very disappointed with the whole experience.

Ordering was easy to do. Flowers were delivered on time. But when the recipients sent me a picture of what they received, I was VERY disappointed! I even upgraded, and the arrangement look less than even the original picture. Felt very embarrassed to say the least

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
