Dad enjoyed the gift
My selection changed somewhere from the time I ordered to when I checked out. I had ordered the smaller selection, but I was charged for the next largest one. My sister loved it, but I had not planned on spending that amount, even with a discount. But this was the only thing that was not perfect about the experience and the service. Like I said, she loved the flowers and said they brightened things really well for her after her bout with cancer.

I am paying for the convenience to make sure my wife gets her flowers before she leaves work, but I cannot believe that I have to pay for it. With all the competition out there you are not the only ones that deliver flowers. Next time, I may not come back here.
First, the flowers came in a box. My wife had to put together the flowers and vase that were meant for her birthday. Really? Second the bulbs are not even open. She was literally looking a bouquet of flowers which only one of them was open. How does them seem like a good idea. "Here are some flowers for your birthday that are not open for you to enjoy. Sorry you had to put it together too."
The only good thing about this order was the fact that she got it on time. Other than that there are a lot of improvements that need to be worked on.
Just wish delivery wasn't so expensive - especially when there are multiple items to one address. That should be discounted, I feel. Overall great experience though.
