Problem resolved. Still believe site could be more intuitive for editing delivery date and the order itself without having to re-enter so much of delivery and payment data.

Not impressed Getting a 20% discount only to have it void the discount on the flowers I had already been given. Plus the extra $15 service fee that was added at the end. Which was more than the discount I received anyway. Once received it had less than half the flowers pictured. Missing one type of flower entirely. Wrong shaped vase In the wrong color. Would love to send you a photo for comparison. Beyond disappointed & a bit angry in fact. Would never recommend based on this experience.

Flowers were lovely but arrived half way through the service. We stated on the order field that the service was at 11 a.m. The arrangement arrived at 11:30. My brother also ordered an arrangement from you from out of state (RI), earlier this week and they too arrived at 11:30. Otherwise, the were beautiful, but not o time.
Flowers were for my daughter she loved the sun flowers, her favorite, she sent me a picture of the arrangement, very nice!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
