I was not pleased that I payed for and was guaranteed my order would arrive before 12pm. My order did not arrive until almost 2 pm. It may seem insignificant to you, but I wanted the gift to be there begore he left home. He wasn't even home when the package arrived. I don't if I be purchasing future arrangements.

Plant delivered on time & in good condition. Prices were good. Shipping/delivery charges a bit high compared to ordering flowers local but ordering online is convenient.
The flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture online. I called snd they told me that in order to redeliver flowers, they have to pick up the old arrangement, which made an embarrassing situation even more embarrassing! What this experience even worst is that the second arrangement look exactly the same. I am so embarrassed and will never use this company again.
