I'm in army's do live 1000 mile away from my dad I order flowers for him, the should delive it to his office on Friday and they said is out for delivery and at 6 pm when I cal d them they said " oh I'm so sorry we had computer problems and didn't send your order out " this is happened after I calpget d them 3 times and they said your flower is out for delivery. My order is late for delivery over 30 hrs now and thy said the store is clos... Wtf is this $#*! l u guys can't handle simple $#*! delivering flowers worthless $#*!s

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
