Love the ease of use of the site especially the same day delivery option. It was easy and relatively inexpensive for such an immediate gift to be sent
The arrangement arrived timely and I really did appreciate that point. They however looked nothing like what had chosen. I understand that the likelihood of some difference is to be expected out of town and not making arraignment face to face at a local shop, but the antique metal container was a black plaster vessel and the plants looked alittle droopy. It arrived when I needed it to. I just wish it was more like the picture in a antique metal whitewashed vessel that would of matched the apartment and not a modern sleek black vessel. Also I had hoped for a healthy live plant that would be a pleasure and it looked like it needed to be watered.

The balloons look great, but $42 (including $14.99 delivery is a bit much for 9 balloons. I can't deny that they did a wonderful job, the bubbles weighing down the balloons were cute

First time using your site

First time using your site. Had originally used 1800flowers to order a similar gift for my father for Father's Day. But after 3pm or so, they do not allow for next day delivery and would have been Tuesday delivery - was not happy since it would be after the holiday. Site very easy to navigate and I like the different options for each order - Standard, Deluxe, etc. Although I would have liked an example of the difference between the options - may have went with the Deluxe instead if I saw a list of what was available with each. Maybe there is and missed it but that's my only feedback. If it's there, it's not easily accessible :) Thanks again and hope that my father receives this tomorrow - appreciate you allowing for faster and more convenient delivery than your competitors. Will order with you going forward. Thanks!

**Update after give received: Thrilled that the order arrived exactly as promised. And was sent photos of the basket items from my father. Very happy with the basket. Thank you. Only suggestion...the enclosure card with my custom greeting/message was printer in incredibly small text. Even with good eyesight my father had a hard time reading my message. My mother sent a photo of it and I agree. The company text at the bottom was 3x larger than my note. It kind of confused my father since he read your company Thank you note first :) we laughed about it so not unhappy just would hope my next order w/ you will provide larger message font size.

I was happy with the flowers ordered and the quick delivery time. However, I was unhappy with the price I was charged as it was not the same as the price I reviewed before I submitted my order. I had to call back and try to get a credit because I was charged incorrectly. I won't know if this price was adjusted until my credit card statement comes in a few weeks.

I didn't think the flowers looked like the Deluxe, but I could be wrong. They were nice, but I guess I was expecting a little more. I just didn't think they looked like a $60 arrangement. The delivery was timely. No complaints there.

First time using FromYouFlowers.com

First time using FromYouFlowers.com. Needed a Father's Day basket for my Dad, and I needed it delivered the next day since my past usual provider for many occasions over many years, 1-800-youknowwho, screwed up my order for the final time of multiple times and I just simply cancelled that order. FromYouFlowers.com website is an easily navigable site with a lot of choices. Albeit, the selection of gift "baskets" could be better IMHO. Next Day delivery and Same Day delivery and other delivery options were generally clearly indicated on just about very item including flower arrangements. Prices are comparable to competing service provider(s) too, but the handling/shipping charges were much more reasonable. Especially for Next Day service. No more 1-800-youknowwho for me if all goes swimmingly with delivery day!

And... just got a call from my Dad. He got his Father's Day basket as promised when purchased. He said it is a very nice gift basket with lots of goodies which is what I ordered. Seems that FromYouFlowers.com is now going to be my new go-to gift service for all those occasions, and for years to come too hopefully.
