Was slightly smaller then I thought it would be led be.
I wanted to edit my order and not order a ballon but it wouldn't let me. I almost canceled my order because I couldn't cancel the ballon.
One of the worst experiences of my life ordering flowers before. Never again will I order from your company. I was on hold for 24 minutes waiting to talk to someone, and the lady was rude and had an attitude at me like I was bothering her. My order didn't show up until almost 7pm and if I would have paid the $4.99 to have it delivered early it wouldn't have happened.

Ordered basket on Friday night and it was delivered on Sunday morning. Delivery driver had a great personality.

The arrangement of the bouquet was pitiful. The daisies were not in full bloom, the container was not in the yellow cup with the happy face painted on it as pictured on the website, but was in a white mug with a rectangle happy face. It fell well short of the pictured arrangement on your website.
In addition my order, #*******, was not delivered on the same day as requested. I was contacted by the florist with an apology. They offered to remove the same-day delivery charge, upgrade my order and reduce the cost by 30%. However, my order was not upgraded. I thought I was ordering the deluxe version of the item, but the regular version was delivered. I have a picture of it and will be glad to send it to you upon request. I will never order from this company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
