Ordering was easy and customer service was helpful. However, the flowers I ordered were not delivered within the guaranteed time frame I paid extra for. The extra cost was refunded so I was happy about that.
The bouquet was not what I ordered. The florist was very unprofessional in person when I explained that, making excuses that the order was given to them only 24 hours beforehand, and asserting her 35 years in the business when clearly white Asiatic lilies are NOT Stargazer Lillie's. Overall, very dissatisfied.

Quick AND EASY. FIRST TIME. I HOPE THE FLOWER ARRANGEMET IS UP TO PAR WITH EVERYTHING ELSE... update: I paid for expedited delivery and flowers got there late. I paid for the upgraded flowers and don't think it was worth it. Flowers were very nice as well as vase. Will consider other sites but overall not too bad.
