I specifically went with this site because they had the option to pay extra for a guaranteed delivery before noon which was important since my girlfriend leaves work at 230. They were delivered well past 4 and she did not get to enjoy until the next day, not happy.
Paid for an express/expedited delivery before 12pm which never happened. Delivery came 5pm and the flowers were wilted, rose stems were broken, the filler flowers were wilted and some broken. I was not refunded all my money. While my wife was surprised for our first anniversary, we both were very disappointed with the floral arrangements.
