My second order was not delivered at all, and I was given a refund. I was promised a gift certificate as well, however, when I tried to use it, it said it was invalid. I was trying to order more flowers this morning. At the moment, I am thankful for the full refund, but disappointed in my attempt to use the gift certificate today.

The first and only place I order flowers from but I ordered the blue and white arrangement but most of the flowers were white and the only other flowers were purple. There were no blue flowers like seen in the picture online. Also, please note this arrangement was being sent to an 11 year old boy which is why I wanted the blue and white flowers...
