This was a gift for my mother and she was thrilled.
I paid extra for a large bouquet but it turns out the flowers received looked an even smaller bunch than the picture shown on the website. Moreover, the flowers were not arranged as pretty as the picture shown on the website.
They were very accomodating especially when i had to change the delivery date, twice at such a short notice. The delivery came on time!
I ordered these flowers and chocolates from the UK for a friend in Tennessee. The whole experience was great - the website is clear and there is a great choice of flowers/gifts and the date on which you want them delivered. My friend was absolutely delighted when the gorgeous flowers and choccies arrived today and I have to say they were very competitively priced as well. Well done, would highly recommend.

My only complaint is that there was evidently a small bag of what appeared to be Valentine Candy in the basket. If so, that is obviously old and should not have been in there. Thank you.

I was very impressed with how the flowers looked and the ease of ordering online was very smooth. Customer service was perfect - I called to change the delivery address to a funeral home and the woman I spoke with was wonderful. The only problem was she told me funeral homes are priority so she was going to put our order through right away (the delivery was for the following day), but it didn't arrive when she said it would. She said it would arrive before the wake at 2:00pm, but it arrived at 6:00pm. That was a bummer.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
