I had a great experience! The florist called to let me know she had made the delivery, and the recipient confirmed the flowers were beautiful.
Worst experience ever. Paid for it to be delivered before 12 noon. However, I find out (only because I called) that they weren't even planning on deliverying it till 3:30! So pretty much unless I checked up on them they were going to rob me of the $4.99 I paid in advance for the delivery before 12. The man I spoke with said he would refund 20% of my total order but when I got my email confirmation it was only 10%. NEVER again will I chose this company for this service! The "card" is not a nice proper card. They literally just typed it out on computer paper with incorrect spelling and then folded the paper. NEVER NEVER NEVER again! What an embarrassment to my family!
Flowers were for my cousin and she loved them. So bright and as pictured. Same day delivery was fast and professional. Definitely would use again and recommend to others.

Placing order was very easy. Gift was delivered very quickly. However, the quality and quantity of the flowers was a lot less than expected especially with the price being charged.

Good shopping experience
We were glad to see they offered same day delivery as we ordered flowers a little after midnight for later on that day. We paid extra to have the flowers delivered before noon. They came around 12:30 which was not too late but it did cause about 30 minutes of wondering if there was a problem with the order etc.
Once they came, the arrangement was great.
