Ordering was easy, delivery was on time, but I'm very disappointed in the overall look of the finished product. It literally looks like someone took a handful of calla lilies and a handful of roses and stuck them in a vase. There is no art to it at all. No attempt to create different levels or fullness in the arrangement. Just flowers stuck in a vase. The stems are too long so there's several inches of stem just sitting there and then a clump of flowers at the end. Yuck.

Online flower ordering has been around a very long time...I am not a fan of it, though I have used it many times. This service did what said they would do... delivery could have and probably should have been earlier. I am sure they could have been more expeditious. They made it by the "skin of their teeth"...so "no foul"...in a "go or no-go" system, they proved to be a "go"...
I was very satisfied with the arrangement I received. I also appreciated the actual florist, who prepared the arrangement, contacting me to be sure they were putting together an arrangement to my liking.
Much better experience and better pricing than either 1800 Flowers or ProFlowers. Excellent job.

Very easy but wish I new total cost ahead so I could know before entering all information whether I had to start o we to adjust price.
On the day of the scheduled delivery I had to call because the flowers had not been delivered by 12 noon as promised. The person I spoke to wave the $4.00 delivery fee. I was called back later and advised that my delivery would not happen that day, but it could be rescheduled for the next day. I was given a coupon for $12.-- and a larger bouquet. I was happy with the final outcome and my friend loved the flowers.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
