Web site was slow and had to redo order three times and I didn't time out! And my last order was not delivered on time in the morning before 10:30am and my mom was late to a event wanting on it and it didn't come till the next morning after I called you guys and told you it did show up on time!

The vase was very cheap. Dollar store quality, and I could have printed the pic and graphics better on my home pc. The vase was the whole reason I chose this option. For 60+ dollars I feel like I could have made it myself and done WAY better. Delivery time was great, the bear, chocolates, and roses were all fine...but the vase could make or break it. In my opinion it definitely broke it.

I ordered a lilac colored bouquet and a pink bouquet was delivered. My aunt is fond of that color is why I picked that particular one. My aunt was very happy with the flowers she received so it worked out ok. I was surprised that my order was changed. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
