The Address for delivers is not user friendly - choice does not include Hospital, so address details are too limited. Abbreviated West Wing to W. Wing, and crammed the rest of it in there. Nice selection though. The advertisement said Flowers from 19.99 - did not see those anywhere on the front page of the online site. Also I picked a bouquet for 34.99 and the final price was $58 and change. Did NOT like all the add on fees. The flowers were beautiful, and much appreciated by the recipient. Thank you for the prompt delivery!

Price was a lot 4 wht I got. Paid 5$ extra 4 delivery b4 10am and got the flowers at 11am.
The flowers delivered were pretty but were not what was pictured on the website. Not the same kind of flowers. I picked that particular one because it had sunflowers but there were none in the delivery.
The site was easy to use, the prices seem reasonable, and my wife did get the order. On the negative side I paid for guaranteed 4 hour shipping and placed my order at 930am. She didn't get the flowers until around 1500 which is 6 hours. I'm happy that she got them at all and they were in good condition but if you're going to give me a 4 hour option make sure they actually reach in that time.

Easy to place the order n was delivery on time I paid service fee for $4.99 to delivery before noon I placed my order around 8:30 AM n it was delivered before 11:30 AM same day that I placed the order. I love this kind of service. The only thing that I was concerned us the service/handling that is too much $14.99 but the I received a credit for $12 but is just available to use for next 2 weeks n I'm going to loose because I don't have any occasion soon to send other arrangement. But I was satisfied with this kind of service n I'll be order in future with this company excellent service
