Very frustrated... ordered something at 2:13 pm on the website. Paid for the same day delivery. Followed up that night to ensure they got the flowers.
During the phone call to track the issue -- well you didn't pay expedite and we couldn't do it the same day. Then why not tell me that?

I paid an extra $5 to get it delivered before noon. It was delivered at 11:55 a.m. So don't expect morning deliveries.
While the balloons and bear were fine - it extremely expensive. On the other hand, it was an easy process to order and sometimes we pay more for convenience than quality.

There was a slight mix up and didn't get the delivery on the accurate day. But they were generous in making up for the mishap. And the flowers delivered were truly beautiful! So I wasn't upset at all!
